We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days. Most orders before 12pm will be processed the same day (Mon-Fri) for next working day delivery. Orders after Friday 12pm will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Orders for collars are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 – aim for next working day delivery.

For items over £99 you will receive an email with tracking details via Post Office Tracking. Please check your junk mail as sometimes the emails may be filtered.
