We aim to process orders within 1-2 working days. Most orders before 12pm will be processed the same day (Mon-Fri) for next working day delivery. Orders after Friday 12pm will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Orders for collars are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 – aim for next working day delivery.

For items over £99 you will receive an email with tracking details via Post Office Tracking.  Please check your junk mail as sometimes the emails may be filtered.

Unfortunately we only ship to UK addresses right now.

All items are sent in discreet plain mailing envelopes.

We’ll price match any in-stock, identical products against any other UK retailer online. The item should be in stock and including delivery as all our products include free delivery to UK postcodes.

You will need to send a link to us showing the product listed. We do not match exclusive discounts e.g. staff/student/membership.

We reserve the right to refuse a price match where we suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity.

For repairs and replacements of E-collar Technology products, please contact the manufacturer by clicking this link for the Manufacturer’s International Warranty.

Items must be in ‘as new’ condition and we reserve the right refund partial amounts if your items have been used or damaged. Return of any products must be within 14 days of delivery of goods.

*Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.*

1. You can return any item within 14 days of receipt in its original ‘new’ unused condition with all original packaging. You must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing by email to: training@g3dogs.com including your:
– Name
– Address
– Order number
On reply, we will provide you with the return address. 

2. If you exercise your right to cancel your order (Distance Selling Act) after the goods have been despatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to G3 Dogs Ltd within 14 days of notifying us at your own risk and cost, therefore we strongly recommend returns are made by Royal Mail Tracking or Royal Mail Special Delivery. 

3. All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on the Web Site:

Your item is complete and in ‘as new’ saleable condition:

If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging

You have not used the item

The item contains no personal data and hasn’t been registered to a user

The item must be returned within 14 days of you requesting to return it.

Any use of the product is relative to examining it, and ensuring it suits your needs. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop. G3 Dogs Ltd does not sell products on a trial basis.

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. We may refuse the return of items without the original packaging or where it has been returned in poor condition.

It is returned with the original box, packing and any accessories you received with it.

We will not refund any items that have been specially ordered to your individual specification or personalised.
