Tracking Orders
Please check your junk/spam folder for confirmation emails of purchase.
All items are tracked by Royal Mail arriving next day after dispatch.
A tracking number is sent via email when your order has been dispatched.
Accessories and smaller items may take up to 2-3 working days to arrive.
Delivery Times
We aim for next working day delivery (Mon-Fri, excl. bank holidays) for orders made before 12pm. Orders made on the weekend will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Product Availability
All items listed on the website are in stock and available. Should you have special requirements on any other E-collar Technologies products, items can be ‘special ordered’ (USA) which would take 14-21 working days.
